I’ve finally started writing my book. Success.

I’m on week three of my 9-week “couch to 5k” program. I still need to find people who want to complete this with me. Let me know if you’re interested!

Does anyone want to help me come up with a meal plan? 

I’m good about working out, but it’s really not going to do me any good if I keep doing things like eating cookies for breakfast. LOL. Someone really needs to help me figure out what I need to eat for every meal every day. If I plan in advance, I can probably stop myself from eating a bunch of stuff I shouldn’t be eating.
