I’m good about working out, but it’s really not going to do me any good if I keep doing things like eating cookies for breakfast. LOL. Someone really needs to help me figure out what I need to eat for every meal every day. If I plan in advance, I can probably stop myself from eating a bunch of stuff I shouldn’t be eating.
